How can I find out if this is a real story? China Says It’s ‘Too Late’ To Recall Huge Shipment of Turkeys?
How Can I find out if this story is true or false, like a joke story? It was reported by
Andy Borowitz ….”China Says It’s ‘Too Late’ To Recall Huge Shipment of Turkeys 70 Million Toxic Birds Sent to U.S. Last Week”.
It says the birds were fed an Experimental mixture of Lead pellets, seed, and Date-Rape drug, here is the link if you want to read the story…

…It was carried on Yahoo news, and CNN has links on their site to the story. Surely this is some kind of hoax story??? How can I find out for sure, I am concerned about holiday Turkeys, not all packages carry country of origin on them.
It’s not true.
Since the H5N1 virus (avian flu) appeared on our horizon, the US has banned any poultry products from abroad. This has been in place for several years now.
No live birds – even pets – bird or poultry products have been allowed entrance into the US and they aren’t likely to drop that ban any time soon.
