Are you asking how to reset the BIOS?
The RTC is built into the board, and is likely close to the BIOS EEPROM.
But an exact location I cannot tell you.
If you are looking for a way to ClearRTC, you just need to remove the little yellow battery that is underneath the bigger laptop battery on the bottom of the laptop and unplug the cord for a few minutes.
