Half dozen times a day notice lights dim for a split second. This dimming after new elec service panel put in
Water saturated old elec panel til it exploded. New panel moved to dry location. Old panel used for junction box. I have checked refridg’s and motors finding nothing amiss. What could be different sinse new panel installed?
I had the same problem and it was the meter base outside the house starting to go.
Not saying that is your solution, but it’s something to keep an eye (and ear) on.
You can hear it go “zzzzap” when it’s the meter base, and in the dark see an arc-flash reflected inside the meter guts.
It could also be as simple as a bad connection inside the “junction box” or simply your electric company doing bad load balancing, causing mini brownouts.
