My 6year old had an eyetest, and I cant read the numbers. HELP please.?

Basically, that’s a normal pair of eyes!
A small amount of longsightedness is standard for a child that age, and generally to be *preferred* than an exact zero score, as most children shift towards shortsight as they grow.
Having a small + Rx that can disappear if that happens is generally no bad thing. A tiny amount of astigmatism (-0.25 axis 20) again, is essentially normal.
58mm is the distance between the eyes, needed if glasses are to be given.
Which is the only worrying thing about the Rx:
that line “Mica protect UV” specifies scratch resistant lenses, but this isn’t the sort of RX that should normally be turned into glasses at all.
It’s certainly not enough as it stands, without evidence of complaints of headaches, or demonstrated trouble with the two eyes working as a team. (binocular vision problems or risks), all of which should have been carefully explained, in order to justify making glasses from that Rx which, at least nine times out of ten, simply wouldn’t be necessary.
Yes, sometimes it could be, but rarely.
(PS: The EPH is actually SPH for “Sphere.” My handwriting’s awful too!)
